Medovník is a trade name (brand) under which Artem Zimenko operates — a natural person registered as a sole trader in the Czech Republic. Medovník is not a separate legal entity or company: all content on this site, and every obligation arising from it, is the direct responsibility of Artem Zimenko as a sole trader.
The sole trader is registered in the Trade Licensing Register kept under Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on trade licensing, and the record is publicly available in the Register of Economic Subjects (ARES) of the Czech Ministry of Finance.

Any dispute arising from a contractual relationship with a client is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. We first try to resolve disagreements by mutual agreement; failing that, the general courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction.
What data we process
This site does not passively collect personal data: we run no analytics or advertising tools, don't track visitor behaviour, and don't sell or share any data with third parties.
The only data we process is what you voluntarily give us through the contact form:
your name
email address
company name (optional)
the content of your message
the type of project you selected
the budget range you selected
We use this data solely to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or alternatively our legitimate interest in answering your message. We keep it no longer than necessary — normally no more than 12 months from the last contact, unless we start working together, in which case we keep it for the duration of the collaboration and afterwards for as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting and tax rules).
Cookies
The only cookie this site sets is medovnik_locale — a technical cookie that remembers your chosen language for 12 months. It is not used for tracking or profiling, and, being necessary for a feature you explicitly asked for (the language switch), it does not require consent.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to port it, and to object to its processing. You can exercise any of these by emailing studio@medovnik.org. If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
